WILSON, PATRICIA A.

Patricia M. Wilson of Madison, formerly of Branford, died Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Madison House. She was the wife of the late George Wilson. Pat was born December 13, 1938 in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Ernest E. and May Naisby Peterson. She had worked for many years at Robertshaw Controls in Milford with her husband, and then as a cashier at the Madison Stop & Shop, before retiring. Pat loved spending time with her family, especially time in Nantucket, going to see the Boston Pops and in earlier years at the Jersey shore, also going camping in Canada with her family and close friends. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughters.

She will be missed by her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughters immensely. She is survived by her children, Beverly (Kenneth) Bowen of Clinton, Donna (Steven) Melcher of Branford and John Wilson of Clinton; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Ryan and Garrett Bowen, Emma Appleby, Stephen Melcher, Christopher Wilson and Nicholas Fucci; and four great-granddaughters. She was predeceased by a son, William Wilson, a daughter Catherine Wilson and her brother Ernest P. Peterson.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday April 9, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Bosco Parish in St. Mary Church, 731 Main St., Branford. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
