Easter Bunny helping out at flower sale
NORTH BRANFORD — The Easter Bunny will be helping at Northford Congregational Church during the Easter weekend flower sale to benefit the church, April 15-16, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Easter Sunday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
In the event of inclement weather, the flowers/plants will be sold inside the church social hall downstairs.
The historic church is located at 4 Old Post Road at the corner of Route 22 and Route 17 in the Northford section of North Branford. To reach the church, call 203-484-0795.
Easter service location changed
MADISON — The location of Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Society's Easter service April 17 has been moved from Hammonasset Beach State Park to the garden at Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Society, 297 Boston Post Road, Madison. The service was moved because the park does not allow microphones, according
to the church.
