The temple will hold a document shredding event from 9 a.m.noon on May 22 in the temple parking lot. Cost for a small copy box, 18 x 12 x 12 inches or smaller, $10; large banker box, 18 x 18 x 24 inches or larger, $20. Also available are hard drive destruction and computer recycling, $20 each, CRT Computer Monitors, $20 each, hard drives only, $10 each. All items should be in a box that can easily be picked up. Paper items only. No trash bags, paper bags, etc. No trash or non-paper items. No CDs, X-Rays, etc. Paper clips and staples, however, can be shredded. CHESHIRE — Temple Beth David, 3 Main St., Cheshire, is using the online platform Zoom and on Facebook Live for its events.
Shabbat Services are held weekly on Fridays at 7 p.m., except for the first Friday of the month when a Youth Shabbat service is held at 6:30 p.m., with Oneg Shabbat hosted in the Social Hall by different temple families each week.
