Beverly Nastahowski Bryk

Beverly Nastahowski Bryk, age 79, of Woodbridge, peacefully entered into rest in her home on Saturday, August 6, 2022, with her family by her side. She was the devoted wife of 60 years of Richard F. Bryk. Beverly was born in Derby on July

13, 1943, youngest daughter of Frank and Dorothy Nastahowski, and lived in Ansonia and Derby until moving to Woodbridge in 1975, where she lived her entire adult life. She graduated from St. Joseph Grammar school in 1957 and Ansonia High School class of 1961. She attended Stone Business Academy in New Haven prior to beginning her business career. Beverly began with SNET as a Drafting Technician checking service locations for accuracy.

She joined Guy Barnhardt Insurance Agency in North Haven and remained in the insurance industry for over 30 years until her retirement. She raised and is survived by three daughters, Heather Casasola (Marlon) of Hamden, Holly Bryk (Sean Mullenix) of East Haven, and Megan Nicoletti (William III) of Orange. Beverly is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Billy IV and Jesslyn, her sister June MacDonald of Oxford, and her nieces and nephews Peggy, John, Colleen, and Sean and their extended families. Friends may greet the family at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth Street, Derby on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. On Thursday, her funeral procession will leave the parlor at 12:00 p.m. for her Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church in Derby at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt.
