Paul Saverio Minore, Sr., 78, of Guilford, died suddenly at his home on Thursday, January 26, 2023. Paul was the beloved husband of Elaine Dahl Minore. He was born in New Haven on July 30, 1944. Son of the late Philip and Theresa Raucci Minore. Loving and devoted father to Paul Minore, Jr. (Kristie Valentino) and Rosemary (Anthony) MinoreCarbone, and his youngest son Philip Minore who predeceased him in 2013. He also leaves his daughterin-law Deborah Doughty Minore, and his cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Christopher (AnneMarie) and Peter Minore; Anthony, Lauren, and Stephen Carbone, and Ryan Minore; and great-granddaughter Maisie Louise Minore. He also leaves his sisters JoAnn Minore Mizger and Theresa Minore Fiondella. Paul was also predeceased by his brother Saverio “Sammy” Minore, sister and brotherin-law Victoria and Libby Riccio, and brothers-in-law Alex Mizger and William Fiondella.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. George Church, 33 Whitfield Street, Guilford on Fri., Feb. 3 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Alder Brook Cemetery, Boston St, Guilford. Family and friends are invited to call on Thurs., Feb 2 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church Street, Guilford.
