The guest bath has a backlit LED makeup mirror and is tiled from floor to ceiling to look like the bathroom in the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas.

Formerly in the night club industry, Molcaldo said his friends wanted to get together and celebrate so, three weeks ago, so he had a “housewarming” party with a Grammy winning DJ and 480 guests.
