Lauren was born in Derby on May 27, 1956, daughter of the late John and Virginia Warren Collins. A resident of Ansonia since 1979, Lauren was an art teacher for both St. Joseph’s Elementary School in Shelton and St. Andrew’s Elementary School in Bridgeport.
