Preston High School

-

Preston High School enjoys a longstanding tradition of academic excellence. Our curriculum encourages the development of the whole person by enabling students to grow in body, mind and spirit. Our mission is to empower young women as they discover their own potential and value through a broad and challenging education, active participation in community and a commitment to Christian service, so that they may become compassionate leaders for change in the world.

Our vision is to change the world through compassion. Because change matters.

If you believe in a school that challenges its students to excel academically and offers the support needed to succeed; If you believe Christian charism enlivens an education, shapes a young woman into a 21st Century citizen, and prizes civic and personal responsibility; If you believe creating life-long learners is the best path to college and career readiness: You believe in change.

Ask a Preston student. Ask her about Lock-In, Step Up Day, Preston Idol, The Spring Musical, Ring Night and prom.

Ask her who her big sister is. How her friends decorated her locker for her birthday. Ask her how the Freshman Family Picnic brought her family into our community. Ask her about the Honor Societies or championship sports teams or our award-winning clubs. Ask her about the teachers and mentors who listen and guide her.

Ask her about the Reach for Excellence summer programs: Preston Boot Camp that fast-tracks students into freshman life, and Project Prep, a skill-building program for motivated rising seventh and eighth graders.

This is how we change the world: one Preston graduate at a time.

Come. Join us. No matter what life journeys our students undertake, they will always have Preston sisters. As part of an extraordinary tradition, our women of vision and compassion are out to change the world.
