A BOOZED-UP WESTCHSTER driver, whose blood-alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit, tried bribing cops after he was found passed out behind the wheel on the Upper West Side, officials said.

Alcides Gonzabay, 35, allegedly admitted he was “drinking on the highway” from the ride down from White Plains after cops spotted his 2013 gray Audi at about 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 9 at Riverside Drive and W. 95th St.

“I was drinking on the highway — I’m not going to lie to you,” he said, according to his criminal complaint. “I took coke before I drove.”

He allegedly admitted he was drinking tequila before hitting the road.

The key was in the ignition and Gonzabay had “bloodshot and watery eyes” and reeked of booze, the complaint alleges.

Gonzabay was stocked up for a party with an open bottle of Captain Morgan rum and two bottles of wine in his front passenger seat, the complaint said.

At the police station, his bloodalcohol level was a whopping .29 — more than three times the legal limit of .08 — and began trying to grease the palms of the cops who collared him, the complaint says.

“I will give you a lot of money if you will let me go. If you send me home, I will give you $40,000,” he allegedly told an officer.

“I don’t want my mother to see me in a cell.”

He also said he would “pay you $50,000 and expensive watches from a safe in my house.

“Yo, real talk, I’ll give you $40,000. Remember what I talked about earlier, I mean what I said,” he allegedly boasted to the cops.

He was charged with multiple counts of bribery, aggravated driving while intoxicated and a count of unlicensed driving.

His license had already been revoked for a drunken-driving conviction in December in Westchester, according to his criminal complaint.

Gonzabay is free on bail that was set at $10,000 bond or $5,000 cash at his arraignment on Feb. 10. He is due back in Manhattan Criminal Court on June
