EATS BEAT New to the scene... Something fishy for Meatball man Happening this week...

This meatball king has gone fishin’.

Michael Chernow, co-founder of The Meatball Shop, opens his first seafood centric restaurant Monday. Seamore’s, anchored in Little Italy, will boast a menu sourced from fish caught on Long Island. That includes dishes like ceviche, a skate sandwich, spiced tuna burger, poke with ponzu and curry mussels.

Nightlife guru Ravi DeRossi is transformi­ng the former Gin Palace space in the East Village into Mother of Pearl, a Polynesian tiki bar opening July 6. Executive Chef Andrew D’Ambrosi, formerly of Bergen Hill, puts a playful spin on Spam and Eggs with uni and Japanese fixins like nihaizu, furikake seasoning and shiso. Summer sips include the Imperial Bulldog ($18), a mix of aquavit, cachaca, lime, pineapple, raspberry and herb bitters.

The Financial District is about to get saucy.

Parm Battery Park City will make its mozarella filled debut inside Brookfield Place Monday. The casual Italian-American eatery is the fourth outpost by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. Kreuther, formerly of The Modern, has opened his namesake 150-seat restaurant in the Grace building across from Bryant Park in Midtown. The French-American menu, inspired by Kreuther’s Alsatian heritage, is prix fixe only — $52 for two lunch courses and $98 for four dinner courses. Expect lardo-poached Maine lobster with squid-ink gnocchi, Colorado lamb rack (left), hen-of-the-woods tarte flambée topped with Comté cheese, chives, nutmeg and onion, along with a 10-day cured beef tenderloin.
