SUGAR Shane Mosley wants a New York judge to help him KO a multimillion-dollar divorce payout to his ex-wife because she’s a bigamist.

The former boxing champ is asking the New York courts to help prove that Jin Mosley was already married to someone else when she married him — and therefore not entitled to the $6 million she got in their divorce.

Mosley, 43, says in court papers that Jin Mosley, 39, never told him when they got married in November 2002 that she had already tied the knot to a man named Sanjay Dwivedi.

Mosley says he didn’t learn about Dwivedi until July 15, when he reviewed a financial statement his ex had submitted to the California courts — and he discovered she was supporting a fifth child that he knew nothing about.

He then hired a private investigator, who discovered she’d married Dwivedi in 1995 — and didn’t divorce him until 2006, four years after she married Mosley.

Mosley wants a judge to unseal the Dwivedi divorce so he can prove to a California judge that he was two timed.

Jin Mosley’s lawyer Noelle Halaby denied the boxer’s allegations, and said her client “was never married simultaneously to anyone.”
