The transformations were frightening at Tompkins Square Park Saturday, with dogs morphing from four-legged friends to two-legged Donald Trumps (it’s just the angle) and Spidey, not to mention, the getups from “Back to the Future” and “Batman.” Above, kids got in on the costumed character act at Coney’s Halloween parade.
