Tish worker in bash bust
WHAT A heel!
A one-time community liaison for the New York State Senate who currently works for city Public Advocate Letitia James’ office was arrested early Saturday after she beaned her 24-year-old daughter with a shoe box, officials said.
Adrienne Felton, 49, is facing assault charges for the 2:15 a.m. clash inside her Harlem home.
Police said that Felton, who made $52,000 working for the city last year according to SeeThroughNY.com, was arguing with her daughter when she threw the shoe box at her, hitting her in the head. She also threw a utensil at her, cops said.
Her daughter called police after the attack. She suffered pain but didn’t require medical attention, cops said.
Felton (photo) is an outreach coordinator for the public advocate’s office in Queens, according to a spokeswoman for James.
“We are reviewing this matter and have no further comment at this time,” the spokeswoman said Saturday. SOULJA BOY’S friend took a bullet for the rapper Friday.
The “Crank That” singer’s pal Killa J was shot in the arm outside a Hollywood recording studio where Soulja Boy and friends were celebrating his 26th birthday, TMZ reported.
The rapper — born DeAndre Cortez Way — and his entourage noticed a black SUV waiting outside for hours, when Killa J went to see what was going on, according to the gossip site.
Four men in the SUV asked for Soulja Boy, demanding he give up his Gucci bag — where he often keeps loads of cash. As he has often done, Soulja Boy (photo) flaunted stacks of cash on social media during the party. He had left the studio by the time police arrived. Memphis-born rapper Killa J suffered minor injuries, TMZ reported.
There have been no arrests in the shooting, according to TMZ.
