Josh Brown, Trump & Coulter, Cespedes & Lochte

-

Here’s sort of an interesting question for the National Football League: What would have had to do to get two games?

Now there is a report on Friday that Brown’s ex-wife called the police to say that Brown violated the order of protection against him. Now what? I understand that wouldn’t cooperate with the league, because not everybody thinks it’s their civic duty to cooperate with a sports commissioner who still thinks he is in “Unforgiven.”

I understand that and his people also got very little cooperation from law enforcement when investigating Josh Brown.

But giving Brown just a one-game suspension is as close as the National Football League could come to giving the guy a full pass on the 20 times his ex-wife says he became physical with her.

So, really: What would he have had to get two games? Or four? Or the six that Goodell could have given him?

What would Josh Brown have had to do to really cross a line, cross those new guidelines about domestic abuse, in pro football? Here is what writes in a book about and the accusation — ongoing — that he was mocking the disabilities of a fine reporter named

“That’s not the imitation Trump was doing-he was doing a standard retard, waving his arms and sounding stupid.”

Hey, let’s face it, who knows more about waving arms and sounding stupid than Coulter does? Watching the difference

makes with the Mets reminds you of a line from back in 1978, when he described what he was doing as Yankee manager when they were coming all the way back on the Red Sox that year:

“I just try to keep the pitching organized, and hope Reggie hits.” Words to live by for If you haven’t yet read “End of Watch” by the great do. Law enforcement in Rio has to give it up now on We all know what he did. We all know he acted like a chumpwit. We all know that he left his teammates behind to take the weight for him and then didn't help himself very much with We know how much money he’s cost himself.

And we sure know he went out of his way to make the city and the country look bad. They still have to give it up now in Rio. The deal on this never changes:

The dogs bark, and the caravan moves on.

If Donald Trump really is taking advice from an exploding head like on how to run for President, then he simply must choose to forget that Giuliani was one of the worst candidates of all time. By the way? How do you mourn the deaths of AfricanAmericans like cousin, and act like a cheerleader for the NRA? If fades, so might the Red Sox. Are the Yankees missing yet? Maybe the guy is mentoring

on Facetime.
