Two of the cops pulled up in front of Shipman’s car in an unmarked compact SUV while two others approached on foot.

Shipman floored it and drove up on the sidewalk, hitting a wall of the Brooklyn Charter School and narrowly missing a cop on foot, officials said.

The partner of the cop who was nearly struck fired a single shot, hitting Shipman in the shoulder, according to police.

Shipman drove down Vernon Ave. toward Marcy Ave. and then doubled back to Tompkins as police pursued.

Cops then used their SUV to pin Shipman’s car near a bus stop.Cops broke a window and grabbed him. “They dragged him out through the door. He was laying on the ground. You could see blood,” said witness Vance Rhodes.

Shipman was being treated at a hospital, police said, and charges against him were pending.
