Ridgefield, Conn.: In the debate on Monday evening, Donald Trump said he can’t release his tax returns because of IRS auditing. Then he says he will, though against the advice of his lawyers, if Hillary Clinton releases her 30,000-plus deleted emails. Does this mean he can release them now if he wants to do so?
