Trump said to lust for ‘Apprentice’ beauty Sex talk on set while he was married
A SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE joke that Donald Trump made about Brande Roderick being “on her knees” on “The Apprentice” was one of the milder things he said about the Playboy Playmate, former staffers said.
The GOP presidential nominee was obsessed with the former model and made lewd and offensive remarks about her while she was a contestant on the reality show, the Daily Beast reported Wednesday.
A trio of former “Apprentice” staffers told the site the host repeatedly proposed to Roderick, now 42, and would often make crude and demeaning comments about the blond model.
“He would say really gross s--t about her all the time, sometimes in the boardroom — that he said these things about her was the least surprising thing, really,” one ex-staffer told the website. “He would comment all the time saying how ‘incredibly beautiful’ she was, with this ‘gorgeous and perfect body.’ ”
Roderick appeared in two seasons of the show, once in 2009 and then in 2013. At the time, Trump had already married his third and current wife, Melania.
“(Trump) kept proposing to her and telling her how beautiful she was. I think he was trying to be charming,” said one “Apprentice” staffer, recalling Trump’s words with Roderick during the show’s eighth season, the second to feature a cast of celebrities.
Roderick, who married in 2007, came back on the show’s 13th season, when one of Trump’s crude comments did make the air. “Must be a pretty picture, you dropping to your knees,” Trump told Roderick after she told him she had begged to keep her job. can’t say this,’ ” another former “Apprentice” staffer said. “It’d be ‘f--k’ this, ‘how do you think you’d want to f--k her’ that, ‘what do you think about her a-s’ (that), ‘what do you think about her t--s.’ It was a daily thing! It was like nothing was on his mind except for sex.”
Earlier this month, former “Apprentice” workers told The Associated Press that Trump repeatedly made inappropriate and offensive remarks while the show was taping.
Neither the Trump campaign nor a representative for Roderick responded to requests for comment on the Daily Beast story Wednesday evening.
Roderick has previously defended the real estate tycoon when asked about his “dropping to your knees” comment.
“I actually didn’t even remember him saying that,” she said on MSNBC last year.
“He’s never been disrespectful to me. I don’t condone men being derogatory, but I think he was just — he’s on television, he’s trying to be funny, I don’t think that he meant anything horrible by it.”
But the “Apprentice” sources beg to differ.
“She definitely became something of a sexual obsession to him, and everyone could see it,” one staffer said. “Again, that wasn’t shocking to anyone on the show. At that point, after many years, it was just him being Trump.”
The reports of Trump’s vulgar behavior come as at least 14 women have accused him of sexual assault in recent weeks.
Many of the women say they felt compelled to come forward after a hot mic recording that caught the billionaire bragging about being able to “grab (women) by the p---y” because of his fame was released earlier this month.
As the number of women coming forward grew, Trump repeatedly claimed Democratic rival Hillary Clinton was behind the barrage.
The White House hopeful vowed Saturday to sue all of his accusers once the presidential race is done. He called the women “liars.”
