Trump accuser files lawsuit

“THE APPRENTICE” alum Summer Zervos fired off a lawsuit against Donald Trump Tuesday, claiming he smeared her as a liar to save his presidential bid when she accused him of groping her.

Zervos’ defamation suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court alleges Trump “kissed her on the mouth repeatedly” without consent, “touched her breast” and “pressed his genitals up against her” during meetings in 2007, when he was already married to his third wife, soon-to-be First Lady Melania Trump.

Zervos, who appeared on the fifth season of “The Apprentice” in 2006, tried to get him to stop by “shoving him away from her forcefully,” but “Mr. Trump did not care, he kept touching her anyway,” the filing states.

The suit — which Zervos announced at a press conference with her lawyer Gloria Allred — was filed three days before Trump is to be sworn in as the 45th President.

Asked about the timing, Allred said simply, “Today is the day. It’s time to face the consequences.”

Her hands trembling, Zervos said she felt backed into a corner.

“(He) left me with no alternative other than to sue him in order to vindicate my reputation,” she said.

Zervos said she’s willing to scrap the case “immediately for no monetary compensation” if Trump acknowledges she told the “truth.”

She first decided to go public after the notorious recording of Trump on “Access Hollywood” — in which he bragged of grabbing women by the genitals — surfaced in October.

The 2005 video captured Trump boasting to host Billy Bush that he engaged in “assaultive behavior regularly, and with impunity,” Zervos’ suit notes.

The businesswoman then spoke out about two alleged encounters with Trump in 2007 — one at

Trump Tower, the other in a bungalow of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

“What did Donald Trump, the liar and misogynist, do to cover up his lies? He lied again, and debased and denigrated Ms. Zervos with false statements about her,” the suit says.

Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks dismissed the allegations.

“More of the same from Gloria Allred. There is no truth to this absurd story,” Hicks said.

Zervos was one of at least 12 women who stepped forward during the presidential campaign and accused Trump of unwanted advances.

“Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign, total fabrication,” Trump said. “The events never happened.” He claimed he would sue his accusers for defamation, but has failed to do so.

Those statements were defamatory and caused damage to Zervos’ reputation and business, her suit charges.

Zervos described in disturbing detail her alleged encounters with the next leader of the free world.

In December 2007, Zervos said, she went to Trump Tower expecting a professional meeting with the billionaire she got to know a year earlier. When she walked into his office, Trump immediately kissed her on the lips, she claimed.

He said “he had never met anyone with her combination of being smart, attractive and with as large a set of ‘balls’ as she had,” the suit reads.

“The kisses on her mouth — done without her consent — made Ms. Zervos feel uncomfortable, nervous and embarrassed,” according to the lawsuit.

Trump and Zervos arranged a followup meeting over dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel, she said.

Trump immediately started kissing Zervos again in a bungalow, pulling her towards him and grabbing her breast, the suit reads.

He tried to lead her into the bedroom, saying, “Let’s lay down and watch some telly telly,” she claims in the filing that echoed her initial account in October.

“Come on man, get real,” she replied.

“Get reeeeal,” Trump repeated lasciviously, the suit charges.

Zervos says she told people what had happened shortly after both incidents. A lie detector also backs up her account, Allred said.

Allred declined to explain why Zervos didn’t bring more serious charges of sexual battery or harassment. “This is the claim that we believe that we should be making at this time,” Allred said.
