OUCHIE, CHACHI!

Baio’s assault rap vs. anti-Trump gal is nixed

- BY PETER SBLENDORIO

CHACHI hates Nancy — but a judge ruled that she won’t be locked up for rocking his block.

The wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith will not face charges for allegedly assaulting “Joanie Loves Chachi” star Scott Baio.

Baio accused Nancy Mack of assaulting him over his support of President Trump while they were at a function in Thousand Oaks, Calif., for their kids last December. But the judge won’t press charges after determining the apparent attack wasn’t that serious, TMZ reported.

The 1980s TV star, 56, claimed in a police report from the incident that Mack — an outspoken critic of the commander-inchief — approached him at the event last year and berated him over his fervent support of Trump.

Baio asserted that she wouldn’t stop scolding him even after he stopped, instead continuing to grill him about why he stood by Trump after audio from 2005 revealed him bragging that he could “do anything” to women, including grabbing them “by the p---y.”

She allegedly continued to repeat Trump’s lewd phrase to the “Happy Days” actor over and over from there, then proceeded to grab him beneath his arms and begin shaking and pushing him, Baio reportedly claimed in the police filing.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department opened an investigation into the incident late last year, but apparently Mack’s actions weren’t enough to warrant charges. Baio was among Trump’s most vocal celebrity supporters and defended Trump’s remarks to “Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush about women in that 2005 video, brushing them off as “not a big thing.”

“If you’re offended by it, grow up,” Baio told Fox News in October. “And by the way, this is what you guys talk about over white wine when you have your brunches, so take it easy with your phony outrage. This is the way the world works.” Baio took the podium and trumpeted his support for Trump at the Republican National Convention last summer.
