- FRI., MARCH 10- SUN., MARCH 12 ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING RULES SUSPENDED FRIDAY FOR SNOW OPERATIONS In Queens, the Phagwah Parade from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday will close Liberty Ave. between 125th and 134th Sts., impacting the Liberty Ave.

SAM Snow or no snow, New Yorkers are a hearty bunch and will be biking, marching, and parading, no matter the weather, this weekend.

On Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Grant’s Tomb Criterium bike race will close the area bounded by Riverside and Claremont Aves. and 120th to 122nd Sts., as well as the Riverside Drive loop inside the park.

From noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, the UN Women for Peace March from Dag Hammarskjo­ld Plaza will close the area bounded by First and Second Aves. and 47th and 49th Sts. Splinter groups heading to Trump Tower are possible.

The Bronx St. Patrick’s Day Parade will close Throgs Neck area streets from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday. The route begins on Lafayette at Swinton Ave. heading toward E. Tremont Ave. On E. Tremont, parade goers will head down to Harding Ave., then on Harding, they’ll head toward Brinsmade Ave. Drivers in the area may expect some delays or diversions.

Basketball fans will flock to Barclays Center 6 p.m. Sunday for another Subway Series, Knicks-Nets showdown, causing delays on Atlantic and Flatbush Aves.

On Sunday at 2 a.m., clocks will once again “spring forward” for Daylight Savings. Though we’ll gain an hour of Happy birthday, soul searcher!
