A SCREAMING, spitting homeless woman accused of terrorizing her Upper East Side neighborhood for years was arrested Thursday — and was flush with cash, police sources said.

Hilda Barrionueva, 65, had $19,133 on her Thursday morning, most of it in hundreds, when police busted her on E. 78th St. between First and Second Aves. Thursday morning, cops said.

The notorious “Spitting Lady of the Upper East Side” is accused of showering saliva on the same 7-year old girl three times since the summer, police sources said.

She accosted her young victim in June, on Dec. 10 and on Jan. 7, cop sources said.

Barrionueva is neighborhood menace, with more than 1,500 people backing a Change.org petition for Mayor de Blasio and two City Council members to take action against her.

“She mainly spits on children, while also hissing and yelling at them,” the petition reads.

A Facebook page has also been created to keep track of her with photos and videos. She is charged with stalking, harassment and child endangerment.

“I was not intentionally spitting on people. They’re making it up. People are making me look bad,” she told cops after she was busted, prosecutors said.

Dressed in a loose black outfit and worn, dirty, black sneakers Barrionueva appeared agitated as she awaited arraignment in Manhattan criminal court Thursday night.

“I’m innocent! And my son too!” she yelled out. She was referring to Gabriel Uno, 44, who was arrested alongside her.

He was caught on video hurling a table at a 46-year-old man on E. 81st St. at 3:38 p.m. March 18, police said. Sources said Uno was trying to scare the man.

Despite her notoriety, this is Barrionueva’s first arrest and she was released without bail.City council member Ben Kallos, a Democrat who represents the Upper East Side, said residents have complained about her for years.

“I’m hoping that between law enforcement and city agencies providing mental health (treatment), that she isn’t subject to jail,” Kallos said.

Uno was held on $2,500 bail.
