Khlose-out sale offers tablet dirt

-

AN IPAD SAID to have been shared by former Queens-bred NBA star Lamar Odom and his reality TV actress exwife, Khloé Kardashian, is being shopped on the black market for $50,000. The seller claims it came into their possession after a prostitute in L.A. “found it in a hotel around about two years ago.” A seller who claimed to have hacked into the device tells our source — a media insider who was contacted about buying the tablet — that it contains “very personal photos and information” shared by Odom and Kardashian (photo). “I don’t think (the owner) has those types of connections or knows what to do with it,” says our source, who scoffed at the alleged $50,000 asking price, but believes the seller is credible. We’re told that if the device is authentic, it’ll probably be mined for gossip stories by whomever acquires it. While our source isn’t sure what sort of information the iPad contains, it’s hard to imagine that any startling news would come from it. Kardashian and her gauche TV family are infamous for their lack of discretion. The Kardashian family empire, which has generated an estimated $80 million from their TV franchise and seemingly indiscriminate endorsement deals, was built on the back of a sex tape featuring Khloé’s older sister Kim, which went viral in 2007. Later that year, the family’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” TV show made its debut.

Considering the calculated narrative of that program, there will likely be skepticism among potential buyers as to whether or not Khloé’s missing iPad is some sort of marketing stunt. And given the kind of bottom-feeder crowd that the Kardashians attract, there’s also reason to doubt the legitimacy of the allegedly stolen iPad.

If it is authentic, the device could contain correspondences leading up to the couple’s 2016 divorce, which was briefly postponed in November 2015 when Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel after a near fatal drug overdose. It could also shed light on the Queens-bred Odom’s brief 2014 stint with the Knicks, which came after the rest of the NBA had correct- ly concluded that he was washed up.

Kardashians representatives did not respond to a request for comment.
