Claim: Jacko’s $ goes to siblings
KATHERINE JACKSON has been bankrolling several of her adult kids with the King of Pop’s cash, a new court filing claims.
The Jackson family matriarch (photo) allegedly receives a $67,000 monthly stipend from Michael Jackson’s estate and has been doling out big monthly cuts to kids Jermaine, Rebbie and La Toya, the new motion for attorney fees filed in her now-defunct restraining order battle with nephew Trent Jackson claims.
As of last year, Katherine allegedly was paying $12,000 a month to Jermaine, $7,000 a month to Rebbie, $30,000 a month to La Toya and $9,850 a month for a Los Angeles house where some of her grandkids live, the filing states.
Trent listed the unconfirmed figures in his paperwork requesting that the court make Katherine cover his legal fees after she sought a restraining order against him in February but then dismissed the action last month.
In her initial paperwork, Katherine claimed Trent bullied her, invaded her privacy and stole from her. She dropped the action April 25 with just hours to go before her scheduled testimony in open court.
She never expected a “full-fledged trial,” her new lawyer Nelson Handy explained to the judge.
"She wants to see if she can take a step back in this matter," Handy said.
Trent’s lawyers declined to discuss the claims about Katherine’s finances when reached by The News on Thursday.
