Respect, integrity, perserverance, professional behavior, and accountability are the five core values that guide the Mount St. Michael Academy community.
All students should be challenged and stimulated academically, socially, spiritually, and physically.
Understanding, appreciating, and respecting diversity are critical components to the development of personal peace and community.
Students should be affirmed, recognized, and rewarded for their achievements.
Teachers and students are equal partners in the quest for knowledge.
Learning should extend beyond the classroom.
