ECKS & BACON

-

ROYALTY comes to Boston. Kinda odd to see the Celtics as the one seed, and the Cavaliers as the two seed, but King James is ready to unleash his sword.

First, the season spread stats for you. The Cavs hold a 3-1 edge, and in the first game at home, beat the Celtics 128-122, but failed to cover as a -101/2 point favorite. The over/under total was 207, an easy over. In the second game in Cleveland, it was the Cavs posting a 124-118 win as a -6 point favorite, a push. The total was 217, and once again, it went over. Back to Boston for the third meeting, and the C’s squeezed out a 103-99 W as a 11/2 point favorite. The total was 224 which went way under. In the final meeting, up in Beantown, the King and his court rocked TD Garden with a 114-91 blowout as a +4 point dog. The over/under total was 222 and stayed low.

LeBron loves few things more than beating the Celtics, IN Boston, and that last regular season blowout was just a reminder. Hey green, you might be the #1 seed, but we’re coming for you and will show no mercy. And you think Kevin Love is gonna be ready for Kelly Olynyk? One of the five FILTHIEST players in the NBA.

You remember back in 2015, Olynyk basically pulled Love’s arm out of his socket and caused him to have surgery to repair a dislocated shoulder and torn labrum. Love is healthy, the Cavs are rested, and you can FUHGEDDABOUD the rust. My old Chevy Vega had some rust. This Cleveland squad is a Ferrari, and not a spot of rust to be found. Gimme the King.
