Shore lookin’ fine

-

sophisticated green gown and heels high enough to threaten The Rock’s character in the movie, admits she didn’t go on a strict diet to prep — unlike some of her costars, who had to be custom-fitted for swimsuits.

But Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Rohrbach says she trained particularly hard for the role.

“We were in the best shapes of our lives,” she told The News, adding that she had a little help perfecting her bronzed skin tone. “We had self-tanner and all the boosts to make us feel as confident on screen as possible.”

Rohrbach, 27, takes on Anderson’s role of C.J. Parker. She briefly met the actress during her cameo and said she was “lovely” — but ultimately put her own spin on the blonde bombshell.

Although the model is seen running in slow-motion for much of the film, she’s smart, dedicated and even a bit awkward with her on-screen love interest, Ronnie, played by Jon Bass.

C.J. Parker is just one of the Baywatch lifeguards that serve as Johnson’s sidekicks — and they each tactfully come up with ways to take down the villainous Leeds.

Rohrbach notes that the characters have much more of a story arc in the remake than what viewers were accustomed to with the TV show.

The ladies may look hot in the film — true to original Baywatch style — but they certainly have more to offer this time around.

There is no stereotypical blonde here, contrary to Chopra’s visions as a child. In fact, Rohrbach is the only blonde.

Hadera, who plays Stephanie Holden, is the next in line to Johnson’s job as watcher of the bay, and the other women don’t trail far behind. Daddario, who plays Summer, instantly turns heads after an impressive athletic display — beating out dozens of bulky male beachgoers as they competed for a spot on the team.

“It’s different than the TV show … the tone is definitely upbeat by nature, more comedic, sassier, edgier. I think everything is just more modernized,” Rohrbach said. “The female roles feel more current and empowered.”
