Rapper’s ex claims threat over vile tape

- Graham Rayman

THE RAPPER Bizzy Bone — of the group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony — was captured on tape in an extremely profane, threatening tirade, his ex-girlfriend says.

Ranna Royce, 29, says the 40-year-old rapper, whose real name is Bryon McCane, is heard on the tape repeatedly calling her a “f------ b----” and a “s---.”

“I was sleeping, that’s how he woke me up,” she told the Daily News Wednesday.

The NYPD is investigating McCane (photo) for harassment after Royce got an order of protection against him Monday, a police spokesman confirmed Wednesday. “Drunk a--, get out of my face,” she replies on the tape, which was recorded in the summer of 2016 at the Miami condo they shared.

He keeps verbally abusing her, and she begs him to stop. The sound of things being thrown are heard on the tape. Royce says McCane threw a water bottle at her, among other things.

The Daily News listened to a copy of the three-minute recording.

Royce, a music industry executive, says she didn’t report the incident to police because she was afraid of McCane. Their five-year relationship finally ended in October.

On Monday, a Family Court judge in Manhattan ordered McCane to stay away from Royce after he sent her profane text messages. “I feel unsafe,” Royce said. McCane’s manager Steve Lobel said the tape is “fraudulent” and suggested Royce had ulterior motives.
