a massive new outdoor restaurant and elevated beer garden, has opened in the new Estate Tower of Ravel Hotel in Long Island City, Queens (8-08 Queens Plaza South). Executive chef Seth Levine of Hotel Chantelle will offer grilled meats and seafood, as well as sushi, crudo and an oyster bar. Guests can sip cocktails from the grill’s Garden Bar, or 15 different beers on tap.

(62 Greenwich Ave.), just debuted its new 10-for-$10 happy hour, available Monday to Friday from 5-7 p.m. The lineup includes signature cocktails from mixologist Zane Harris like the Bramble (lemon juice, simple syrup and blackberry liqueur), and a Classic Manhattan, in addition to Los Vascos “Grand Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon. There’s also a choice of either three Blue Point oysters, two sliders, an 8-ounce strip of bacon, or oversized scallops for $10.
