Lil’ Kim crew eyed in $20G home holdup

-

RAPPER LIL’ KIM is in the hot seat after a Sunday morning robbery in Los Angeles.

The Brooklyn-born Grammywinner is reportedly being eyed by the Los Angeles Police Department following accusations that her crew lifted a check and cash totaling $20,000 from a home they had rented for the night. The incident began after Kim and her crew determined the home, which they had rented for a BET party Saturday night, was not up to snuff, TMZ reports.

The “Crush on You” singer (photo inset) demanded money back, but did not receive it, sparking an argument that resulted in a call to the cops.

The police determined it was a civil matter and left. But robbers returned to the home around 4 a.m. donning ski masks and flaunting weapons to retrieve the deposit, and slash the victim’s tires and steal a hubcap while they were at it, according to TMZ.

The LAPD has reportedly launched a robbery investigation.

Representatives for Lil’ Kim did not immediately respond to request for comment.

The singer, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, previously served one year and one day in prison in 2005 for perjury-related to a 2001 shooting outside the Hot 97 radio station in New York City. THE HULKING machines of “Transformers” are no longer box office behemoths.

Michael Bay’s “Transformers: The Last Knight,” the fifth installment in the series, scored a franchise-low domestic debut with an estimated $43.5 million in ticket sales over the weekend and a five-day total of $69.1 million since opening Wednesday.

All previous “Transformers” sequels opened with $97 millionplus.

“Wonder Woman” and “Cars 3” tied for second place, both with $25.2 million. Nearly a month after opening, “Wonder Woman” continues to be a major draw. In four weeks, it has surpassed $300 million domestically.

Rounding out the top five were the shark thriller “47 Meters Down” with $7.4 million, and the Tupac Shakur biopic “All Eyez on Me,” with $5.9 million.
