THE WOMAN at the center of a fatal threesome in Brooklyn maintains she was raped and not a willing participant — as her boyfriend sits in jail on charges he killed one of the two men in the ménage à trois.

“She’s claiming that she was raped, that it was not consensual and that she said no over and over again,” Joseph Mure, the woman’s lawyer, told the Daily News.

“She’s not doing very well. She’s having a very difficult time. Obviously she is upset about everything that transpired.”

The woman’s boyfriend, Christopher Membreno, showed up with a posse at the Park Slope apartment building where the tryst took place early June 19 — after the woman called him and said she’d been raped, police said.

The 24-year-old Membreno chased down Manos Ikonomidis, 20, and stabbed him to death, cops said. He faces murder and other charges.

In an exclusive jailhouse interview Saturday, Membreno told The News he was stunned to learn that police believe the threesome was consensual.

“I threw my life away for a f---ing lie? My life is over because of a f---ing lie?” he asked.

Mure said his client is “distraught” after what he called a traumatic experience. “She has not been charged, and I’m hoping it stays that way,” he said.

Detectives believe that Membreno’s girlfriend, Ikonomidis and 21-year-old Jack Doherty were involved in a consensual threesome at Doherty’s pad before the killing.

The rendezvous ended when Ikonomidis started filming the tryst, and the woman became upset, cops said.

Mure maintained that cops are still investigating whether the encounter was consensual.
