CAME TO TAKE TV GAL ‘HOME’

Kansas creep’s busted for stalking Fox beauty

-

AN OBSESSIVE stalker was busted after Kansas cops told the NYPD he was on his way to the city to take home the love of his life — former Miss New York and Fox News panelist Joanne Nosuchinsky, police sources said Monday.

Douglas Yoxall, 33, has been stalking Nosuchinsky, 28, since at least January 2016, cops alleged.

Nosuchinsky was Miss New York USA in 2013. She was also a panelist on several Fox News programs, including “Red Eye,” until leaving last August to pursue an acting career.

Nosuchinsky could not immediately be reached for comment.

Sources said she first filed an aggravated harassment complaint again Yoxall in January 2016.

Then, last month, on May 11, Yoxall sent a bouquet of roses to Nosuchinsky’s apartment. Her roommate signed for the flowers, sources said.

Sources alleged Yoxall texted the victim thousands of times and also texted her family. The messages, she told police, terrified her.

He also called Fox News hundreds, if not thousands of times — and made countless overtures on social media, according to sources.

According to the criminal complaint, Nosuchinsky repeatedly blocked Yoxall on social media but kept receiving messages from him.

Yoxall “has sent her and her family and friends messages that state in substance that he loves her, he wants to take her back to Kansas, that he has attended events she was at, and that he is in her area,” the complaint said.

Yoxall was pulled over by a Kansas Highway Patrol Officer last Thursday for a traffic infraction.

The officer called the NYPD because it had previously contacted Kansas authorities about Yoxall, who lives in Woodston.

Yoxall, the officer told the NYPD, had said he was heading to New York City to see the object of his affection — so he could take her back home.

Yoxall had a shovel in the back of the car and started getting nervous when asked if he had any weapons, sources told The News.

But he would not consent to have his car searched, and the officer did not have cause to arrest him, sources said.

The NYPD learned that night Yoxall would be attending a charity bowling event at the Port Authority on Sunday, sources said.

About 11 a.m. Sunday, Yoxall was spotted getting out of a cab and was arrested. He is being held on $10,000 bail. His Legal Aid lawyer had no comment.
