So confused

Podesta to Don: Dude, you’re way off on email

- BY TERENCE CULLEN

PRESIDENT TRUMP wants to know why former Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta didn’t hand over a server he had nothing to do with.

“Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!” the President, who is in Germany for the G20 conference, tweeted at about 10:40 local time Friday morning.

Trump seemed to have mixed his facts up.

An email account for Podesta, who led the Hillary Clinton campaign and was unaffiliated with the Democratic National Committee, was hacked last year.

WikiLeaks got hold of the roughly 50,000 stolen emails — on topics ranging from campaign strategy to his risotto recipe — and released the missives during the campaign.

The DNC was separately hacked, exposing the party’s strategies and embarrassing exchanges.

Also, while the FBI reportedly did ask to inspect the DNC server and was turned down, the CIA would not have been involved.

And despite Trump’s claim to the contrary, sources at the G20 summit told the Daily Beast that Trump was the only person bringing up Podesta and the “DNC server.”

U.S. intelligence officials believe the hacks — which also included troves of strategic data — were conducted by Russian hackers and the Kremlin oversaw the breach.

Podesta, who said he was on a cross-country trip with his wife, fired off a seven-tweet tirade in response to Trump Friday morning.

“Get a grip man, the Russians committed a crime when they stole my emails to help get you elected President,” Podesta wrote back from a rest stop in West Virginia.

“Dude, get your head in the game. You’re representing the US at the G20.”

Podesta suggested Trump bring up what happened to him in his meeting with Putin in Germany on Friday.

Putin has denied that Russia meddled in the U.S. election.

“God only knows what you’ll be raving about on Twitter by the time we get to Utah,” Podesta said.
