Seeks ‘protection’ order against Rob

BLAC CHYNA has lowered the legal boom on Rob Kardashian, claiming in a blockbuster sworn statement that he roughed her up in a violent rage last spring then published her nude photos without consent during his social media tantrum Wednesday.

Her declaration was part of a domestic violence restraining order petition filed by her new high-powered lawyer Lisa Bloom ahead of a court hearing Monday.

In the paperwork obtained by the Daily News, Chyna said Kardashian turned physically abusive on April 17 when she asked him to stop trash-talking her in front of her 4-year-old son, King Stevenson.

“I can say whatever the f--- I want!” she claims Kardashian shot back before reaching for her phone so she couldn’t call King’s dad, who also happens to be the ex-boyfriend of Kardashian’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner.

“Rob immediately grabbed my phone and pushed me to the ground by aggressively shoving me by the side of my arm and hitting me on the thigh,” Chyna said in her statement to the court.

“I fell down from the blow to my thigh and could hardly walk for a while after that. It left a bruise where he hit me,” she said.

Chyna, 29, claimed Rob would “regularly” grab for her phone to see who she was texting. “Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him,” Chyna said in her statement.

The model and former stripper said she never gave Kardashian permission to post the nude photos of her that he shared during his online outburst.

Bloom said she was retained by Chyna on Thursday.

“I’m very proud to represent (Chyna), and we are ready to fight for her rights in court to protect her as a woman and as a mother against Rob Kardashian’s vicious cyberbullying of her and his acts of revenge porn,” Bloom told The News.

Kardashian, 30, posted three naked images of Chyna — whose real name is Angela White — to both Instagram and Twitter during his Wednesday meltdown, justifying his abusive actions with claims the reality star had cheated on him.

The nude images were scrubbed from Kardashian’s Instagram shortly before his account was suspended. He then moved his tirade to Twitter and shared the images again.

Twitter took the photos down as well, but Kardashian’s account was not deactivated.

Kardashian and Chyna began dating in January 2016 and were engaged three months later. Dream was born in November, and the couple broke up in December, according to Chyna’s statement to the court.

“What Rob has done is called ‘slut shaming’ in social media,” Chyna said in her filing. “It is used by men to degrade and shame a woman after the couple breaks up.”

She said slut-shaming is “another form of harassment and a very public way to degrade and debase a former girlfriend.”

Chyna wants the court to stop Kardashian’s harassment and “cyberbullying,” which she called his “revenge for (her) dating other men.”

She also wants orders prohibiting his release of her private photos, her home address, her medical history and photos of her children. And she wants him to stay 100 yards away from her at all times.
