A MIDNIGHT ride for two friends ended tragically in Brooklyn when one of the men flew off his motorcycle and was run over by the other.

Nathan Johnson, 35, was one of three men to die in weekend motorcycle crashes in Brooklyn and the Bronx, police said Sunday.

Johnson and his friend were heading east on Atlantic Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant late Saturday. When the Buffalo Ave. light turned green, Johnson revved his 2003 Honda CRB and sped past his 31-year-old companion. He crashed into a column supporting train tracks, flew off his bike (photo) and landed in the road — directly in his pal’s path, cops said.

Medics rushed Johnson to Interfaith Medical Center, but he did not survive.

Three hours earlier, in the Bronx, Danny Cornejo, 31, died after losing control of his bike on Pelham Parkway near Eastchester Road in Pelham Gardens, according to authorities. Cornejo flew off his 2014 Yamaha and slid under a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe that was at a red light.

EMS rushed Cornejo to Jacobi Medical Center, where he died.

A third biker died after he collided with a car in Brooklyn on Sunday, cops said. Slavik Avagyan, 23, crashed into the dark blue Honda at McDonald and Ditmas Aves. in Kensington around 4:30 p.m.

Dozens of Avagyan’s friends and family gathered at the scene of the accident late Sunday to grieve.

“He was passionate,” said friend Shyyosofov Yosov, 25. “He always helped everybody, that’s why everybody knows him, that’s why everybody is out here tonight. He was the nicest guy you’d meet.”

Medics rushed Avagyan to Maimonides Hospital, where he died.

Fifteen motorcyclists have been killed in accidents this year, through Sunday. That’s up slightly from last year, when 10 motorcyclists died in accidents between Jan. 1 and July 13, records show.
