Sinéad on skids at Jersey motel

TROUBLED troubabour Sinéad O’Connor is down on her luck again and living in a motel “in the arseend” of New Jersey, she says in a Facebook post.

The Irish singer, best known for her Prince-penned hit, “Nothing Compares 2 U,” sobbed as she talked about being far from her family and mentally ill.

“I gave so much love in my life and I just can’t understand how a person can be left all alone,” O’Connor, 50, and the mother of four, said in the 12-minute video posted Thursday. O’Connor said she fled Ireland to avoid the stigma of suffering from three mental illnesses.

“I’m now living in a Travelodge motel in the arse end of New Jersey,” she said of her South Hackensack digs.
