To probe Mayor de Blasio’s proclivity for needing late-morning shuteye, bring on the Nap Commission. Put a team of investigators on the case of determining how it can be that de Blasio flatly denies getting postworkout slumber on a couch in his office, when multiple sources inside City Hall say that’s the case.
