Bus driver attacked

AN IRATE PASSENGER threw hot coffee in the face of a Brooklyn bus driver after he told her his bus was out of service, police said.

While parked at Veterans Ave. near E. 70th St. in Bergen Beach, a woman demanded to know when the bus would take her to her destination. When the driver explained his bus was out of service, she went berserk and tossed her cup of hot coffee in his face.

The woman, believed to be in her 40s, stormed off. She has not been found.
