No psych scan for Redstone

-

A JUDGE SAYS she probably won’t order a mental competency exam for Sumner Redstone, the 94-year-old billionaire who’s suing to kick his ex-girlfriend out of a ritzy Hotel Carlyle apartment.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Erika Edwards had lawyers for Redstone and former gal pal Manuela Herzer before her Thursday morning to discuss the issue.

The exam dispute stems from Redstone’s November lawsuit against Herzer, 54.

Redstone bought the tony abode from his own company, National Amusements, for $3.75 million in March 2015 — with the intent of leaving the home to Herzer after his death.

But Redstone “no longer intends to leave the apartment to Herzer upon his death,” yet she “refuses to relinquish her claim,” court papers say.

Herzer’s lawyers are fighting for her to stay in the fancy pad.

They have pushed for a mental competency exam, maintaining it’s unclear “whether or not he’s calling the shots,” said Ronald Richards, a lawyer for Herzer, in court.

Herzer has previously accused Sumner Redstone’s daughter, Shari Redstone, of pulling the strings — claiming she bullied him into booting her from his will.

Redstone’s lawyer, Howard Elman, slammed the request. “It’s a severe invasion of privacy, period,” Elman said.

“I believe I will most likely not order a mental exam,” Edwards said.
