Shot dead in Bx.

A GUNMAN fatally shot another man in the head outside a Bronx housing development Sunday, police said.

Deshawn Brown, 20, shot the 44-year-old victim around 4 p.m. on Park Ave. and E. 159th St., outside of a Morrisania Air Rights building, cops said, adding he then ran into the building, where police caught him.

The victim, whose name was not released, died at Lincoln Hospital.
