Cop gets 20 days for disgusting hit on woman

- BY SHAYNA JACOBS

IT’S THE KIND of fling that no woman would ever want.

A former NYPD sergeant who threw his semen on a female coworker’s leg at police headquarters was sentenced Tuesday to 20 days in lockup by a judge who scolded him from the bench.

Michael Iscenko, 56, was handcuffed and sent to jail after Justice Melissa Jackson told the former veteran cop — who served nearly 30 years before getting fired over the sick stunt — that he was deeply troubled.

Jackson said Iscenko has “some very serious affliction — a compulsion that has so jeopardized your life that you lost your job.”

“I think you have a really serious problem,” the judge said.

Iscenko was assigned to 1 Police Plaza when he threw the substance on a 61-year-old veteran administrative aide on Jan. 23, 2015.

The woman was chatting with another woman by the elevators when Iscenko decided to plant his seed on her calf.

His DNA was found on the victim’s shoe, which also had a white stain. The throw and his bizarre attempt to flee as she caught him was captured clearly on surveillance video.

“Your acts clearly humiliated that woman and caused tremendous distress over a continuous period of time,” the judge said.

Iscenko also was ordered to undergo treatment for his compulsive sexual behavior when he starts his probation after he’s released.

He faced a maximum of three months behind bars on his conviction of third-degree sex abuse.

Iscenko asked for mercy before getting his sentence in Manhattan Supreme Court, insisting he “was a good cop” who “never beat people up” or had been accused of anything criminal before.

“I need my children to look me in eye, and up until this time they could,” he said.

His lawyer Michael Horn said Iscenko has been punished enough for his “stupid teenage behavior” and that his name was tarnished in press coverage.

“His job was taken, his name was taken, his reputation… I’m asking you not to take his liberty,” Horn said.

But prosecutor Emily Ching said the victim believes she had been targeted by him before. She had seen the same substance on her leg “five to six additional times,” Ching said.

The victim had no clue what had stained her until she caught him in the act, Ching said.

“Had she not caught this defendant, he would have continued to use her,” she said.
