DMX gets nix on trek to Ga.

RAPPER DMX can’t travel to Atlanta for a TV appearance because he didn’t seek permission early enough, a judge ruled Tuesday.

DMX (photo), whose legal name is Earl Simmons, asked Monday for Manhattan Federal Judge Jed Rakoff to approve a trip to Atlanta on Thursday, where the rapper had a “personal appearance” scheduled on BET, according to court papers.

Rakoff on Friday had ordered that DMX make travel requests at least one week in advance because Simmons, 46, has tested positive for cocaine and pot several times since he’s been on bail in his tax evasion case.
