AUTHORITIES KEEP racking up cases against MS-13 gang members.

Nassau County authorities on Wednesday said they’ve charged two reputed members with second-degree murder for carrying out a senseless butchering.

Prosecutors said the gang members lured a 19-year-old man into a car, dangling the promise of pot and sex. Instead, they brought him to a secluded Massapequa preserve and hacked him to death with knives and machetes.

The corpse was discovered almost two months later by a man walking his dog.

The January slaughter of Julio Cesar Gonzales-Espantzay was just meant to boost the gang members’ status, police said at a press conference announcing the two arrests.

Kevin Granados-Coreas, 19, was held without bail at his arraignment Wednesday. He and his attorney had no comment.

Carlos Portillo, 22, was arraigned July 30 and is also held without bail.

They face sentences of 25 years to life.
