DMX free to perform

The rapper — who has been ordered to home confinement for violating bail on tax fraud charges — will be allowed to travel to Atlanta next week for a gig.

Manhattan Federal Judge Jed Rakoff decided Friday that DMX, aka Earl Simmons, can go to Georgia’s capital from Aug. 21 to 24, as long as he’s “accompanied at all times” by a sober coach.

Simmons, who tested positive for pot and cocaine while on bail, must pay for the accompaniment.
