TURN IT IN!

All entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Write the child’s name, date of birth, and grade, and a parent or guardian’s name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address on a blank piece of paper. Send the essay, the barcodes, and the information in one envelope to Cosmos Contest, 125 Theodore Conrad Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305. Entries must be received no later than 5 p.m. on September 1, 2017.
