LIVING IN THE PAST-EL

A plethora of powdered pigment is in store when the Pastel Society of America opens its 45th annual exhibition at the National Arts Club in Gramercy on Sept. 5. Entitled “Enduring Brilliance,” the juried show features paintings by 175 artists from 10 countries, some of whom will take home prize money totaling $40,000 at the closing Hall of Fame ceremony.
