FRIARS HONOR JERRY
The Friars Club has opened its doors one last time for Jerry Lewis. The private institution, where Lewis (below) served as club abbot, has so far amassed 153 signatures in a book it put in the lobby after the comic died at 91 on Sunday. Fans who want to write a tribute to the “Nutty Professor” star are invited to sign in and see the temporary shrine built for Lewis, which includes a TV playing the cranky comic’s greatest hits.
