- Thomas Tracy

A HOMELESS MAN who was dragged by a car and assaulted by two men in Queens has died of his wounds — and police are searching for his killers, authorities said Wednesday.

Karnail Singh, 42, was found unconscious on E. 135th St. near 105th Ave. in Richmond Hill about 3 p.m. Saturday and was rushed to Jamaica Hospital with head injuries. He died Monday, and the city Medical Examiner’s office declared his death a homicide.

Witnesses to the attack said Singh was dragged behind a vehicle for a short distance following a clash with two men.

Once he fell from the car, the men repeatedly kicked and punched him as he was sprawled out on the street.

The men ran off in different directions, with one racing off in a black sedan.

Investigators learned the men attacked Singh because he had kicked the car.Cops have identified one of the two men, police sources said. No arrests have been made.
