Sanchez, who finished with two hits and three RBI, gave the Yankees a 1-0 lead in the first with his 26th homer of the year. Gregorius added his 19th homer with two outs in the fifth while Headley provided his eighth homer with two outs in the seventh.

Aaron Judge went 2-for-4 with a 419-foot RBI double. Ronald Torreyes added a career-high tying four hits and an RBI.

Jordan Zimmermann had thrown seven shutout innings against the Yankees on Aug. 2. Three weeks later, they tagged him for seven runs on nine hits in five innings.
