Find sicko in Bx. elevator choke, grope

COPS ARE LOOKING for a creep who choked and molested a 74-year-old woman after riding the elevator up to the floor of her Bronx apartment, police said Thursday. The man (photo inset) entered the elevator and went up to the 11th floor, where he followed the victim to the door of her apartment at 161st St. near Park Ave. in Morrisania around 10:45 p.m. last Friday.

Outside the woman’s door, the man put her in a chokehold and groped her, cops said.

During the assault, the woman managed to bang on neighbor Rosado Rivera’s door. He opened the door and the attacker ran.

“She comes knocking on my door, knocking, screaming ‘Help me, help me,’ ” he said. “And I open the door and I see him run there. And she called the police. I told her to call them. I told her to call the police because this happened.”

Rivera, 73, said the woman is terrified. “She won’t open the door. She has a lot of fear,” he said.
