Toe-tal agony led to Katy aide suit

-

A STAGEHAND for Katy Perry lost her right big toe on the job and is now suing the pop star for pain and suffering.

Former employee Christina Fish says she lost the digit in a 2014 accident during Perry’s Prismatic World tour in Raleigh, N.C.

The lawsuit says Fish was asked to help move a wall that got stuck and rolled across her foot.

Her shoe filled up with blood, but she claims no one on the crew offered to rush her to the hospital. She said she had to call a friend to take her to the emergency room.

Graphic images obtained by TMZ show the gruesome injury where Fish’s big toe eventually turned black. She said doctors told her to preserve the “dead toe” until the absolute last minute, which she claims led to emotional distress.

Fish was unable to use her foot for several months due to the extent of the injury, the lawsuit contends.

It also says Fish’s passion for yoga has been thwarted because she no longer has 10 toes.
